We encourage our clients to give us a call to have a conversation about their vision and the best way we can align what we do with their unique personalities and special day. The packages and options we offer reflect the style of work we are committed to delivering and also aim to encompass the varying needs of our clients.
If you would like to have a quote to capture both sides (Bride/Groom) wedding event, we need to know the exact schedule of both sides. We do have payment plans available, please contact us for more detail but in any case the invoice amount needs to be paid before the event starts.

The duration of every film is a direct reflection of the kind of wedding it was. For those who opt for our feature film service, the wedding films are nothing short of 60-90 minutes. For our Wedding Mini Series package, we will deliver short episodes of 5-10 minutes with the best memories of each event and these can be played together as one film. Yes, we will be able to change bits and pieces in you photo-book (maximum 20 changes - excludes redesigning of page from scratch) only if your package includes service "Online Album Proofing”
The details of the wedding arrangements are to be agreed beforehand in writing (email is acceptable). The Client shall notify the Photographer of any changes to these details in writing. The Photographer/s cannot be held liable for delays or disruption in their delivery of the service until any changes are received, and acknowledged in writing.
All image sizes are nominal. The Photographer/s will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
For a booking involving a certain venue, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.
No one other than the photographer is permitted to edit any photographs provided by the photographer unless the photographer grants permission.
The photographer will discuss a shot list with the couple prior to the wedding to outline the normal shooting plan at every wedding. The photographer will also ask the couple to provide a list of family photographs they request to have taken on the wedding. If no list is provided the photographer will capture as many family shots as possible in the time frame given but cannot be held accountable by the couple for family shots missed due to the couple not providing a list regardless of how simple.
We can give a few suggestions for locations if requested by the client, but we will not be liable for the guarantee of the use of the location nor the conditions of the location including any charges.
We try our best to fit you in our pricing packages, but making films is a difficult and expensive activity and we do not like compromising on our equipment or talent!
Copy of all original RAW-JPEG images and edited HD 1080P Video .MP4/.MOV files on Flash drive and also in client HDD (Hard Drive must be supplied by client).
Wedding Film: Cinematography edited 60 Minutes 1x 1080P full HD Blu-Ray + 1x Blu-Ray backup set
We should be able to deliver RAW Photo Data within a week from your event.
Designing a photo-book takes approx. 30 days, after you have completed the photo-selection process.
Photo-book printing and binding takes approx. 10 working days.

We will send you an email when we start working on your project.
If there are any suggestions related to songs or if there is any part of your event that we must include, do let us know in writing within 2-3 days of receiving our email.
We do not make changes in post-production Film/Videos/Teaser once they are rendered and are created.
The following % is the usually booked order cancellation fee of the total package price.
- The first booking amount or 50% is non refundable in any situation.
All cancellations must be in writing via email.
